Packing carton size

Define and enter precise packing dimensions for products and shipping cartons to ensure accurate volume, weight, and space calculations for efficient packaging and delivery.

Setup Packing Sizes for Products and Outer box Cartons

1. From Product packing page, select the product you want to update packing information. Then, click Edit from the Actions button.
2. Enter the dimensions of the color box carton: length, width, height, and QTY/CTN (the number of color boxes that can fit inside the outer box).
3. Fill in the outer box details: Length, Width, Height, Net Weight, and Gross Weight.
4. Review all entered information, then click Save
5. The system will apply this update to all products within the same family that have the same size, ensuring that all these products share the same outer box specifications.

Inner Box provides an extra packing level under the color box, which is helpful for small products.

Calculate Packing Volume and Weight

This feature is useful for the logistics department, allowing them to determine the locked space in a shipping container for a specific product quantity based on customer requirements. It helps provide fast and accurate logistics details for shipping

1. From Product packing page, select the product you want to calculate packing information. Then, click calculate from the Actions button.
2. Enter the order quantity of the product, then review the outer box details, including Net Weight (kg), Gross Weight (kg), Quantity per Outer Carton, Length (cm), Width (cm), and Height (cm).
3. Click the Calculate button
4. The system will calculate the number of cartons, as well as the total weight and volume.
