Shipment Plan

This section is designed to provide multiple shipment planning options before creating the final shipment. It helps both you and your customer decide on the most suitable loading and shipping plan based on your requirements.

Create Shipment Plan​

  1. From the shipment plan page, click Add Sea or Air freight.
  2. Enter the shipment's basic information: Customer, Contact, Company Profile and Contact Person.
  3. Choose the container size: 20 GP, 40 GP, 40 HQ or Air fright
  4. Click get item button in the container section,
  5. The system will display all pending items for the selected customer.
  6. Enter the quantity of each item you want to include in this shipment plan
  7. Review all entered information, then click save.

Create Loading Plan

Edit Shipment Plan​

Easily modify your loading plan to ensure optimal organization and efficiency, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

  1. From the shipments plan details page, click Edit.
  2. Make the necessary updates then click save
