Lead
A Lead refers to an individual with whom the business has a relationship or intends to establish one. This person could be a customer, prospect, partner, supplier, or anyone relevant to the organization’s operations and communication.

Create Lead
Create a new lead by entering its basic information into the system.
- From the lead page, click add.
- Enter the basic information of Lead: Name, Email, Contact Number, Job Title, Sales Owner and Organization.
- Review all input details, then click save.

Edit Lead
Modify an existing lead by updating its information in the system.
- From the lead page, click edit.
- Make the necessary updates then click save.
