General product

Use the General Product type when adding products that do not fall under the lighting category.

Create general product

Use this feature to add a new product that does not belong to the lighting category. Define product details such as name, specifications, and any relevant attributes to include it in your inventory or catalog.

1. From General products page, click add.
2. Enter the Product type, supplier, unit, series, product category, cost and Description, then click save

Edit general product

Use this feature to update the details of an existing general product. You can modify information like product name, specifications, and attributes to keep your product data accurate and up to date.

1. From General products page, select the record you want to update Then click Edit from the Actions button.
2. Make the necessary updates then click save
