Product Series

Create product series

1. From product Series Page, click Add
2. Enter the series name and upload logo file.
3. Move to Product Config and fill Product type, coding format, datasheet template, shortcut Code.
4. Then click save.

Upload product series catalog file

The catalog file is displayed on the website, with support for tracking user interactions such as the number of downloads and views for auditing purposes.

1. From product Series Details Page, go to the catalog section, then click Add
2. Enter name, upload cover and catalog file, then click save.

Sort product family

1. From product Series Details Page, go to first section
2. Click the corner menu button, then under the website organizing section, click Sort.
3. Drag and drop the product families to rearrange their display order on the website then click Save

Setup product series attachment files

Attachment files are useful for managing the documents you want to include in the product form. This feature helps you customize file entries based on your business needs.

1. From product Series Details Page, go to attachment section then click edit
2. Review the available types and select any of them you wish to include by checking the corresponding boxes.
3. You can manage attachment files at both the Product and Family levels as needed.
4. To add a new attachment type, click “Add New Attachment”.
5. Make the necessary updates then click save.
